How can teen boys make their dreams a reality? This program supports young men aged 14 - 19 who are on the path to being productive, successful adults, and helps youth on the wrong path make better decisions.  EYF helps youth:

  • Clarify dreams and values - what do they want?
  • Define and overcome challenges - what is stopping them?
  • Identify personal assets - what have they got going for them?
  • Design a personal blueprint for success - how do they get there from here?
  • Set attainable short and long term goals with realistic timelines.
  • Identify people and resources that will help them accomplish their goals.
  • Develop a positive attitude, the courage to change, and a trust that they can be successful.
