Have you LOST your Teen’s Attention?

Join the Thursday Night Parents Raising Teens Club! Come to a place where you can share your worries and find like-minded parents that can offer support and laughter. The group will be supplemented by a complimentary multi-award winning book: “Yes, Your Teen is Crazy! Loving Your Kid Without Losing Your Mind” by Michael Bradley, Ed. D. Topics Include: Your Adolescent’s World: Kids in the 21st century; the teenage brain, the role of sex and drugs, and the role of their peer group. Problem Solving Strategies: Ways to work with aggression, anxiety and depression, school related problems and more. Drugs: Recognize signs of abuse and find necessary resources.

Facilitator: Elizabeth Grant, LMHC, MA in Counseling. Elizabeth works with adolescents through YouthWorks in Santa Fe and facilitates Girls Circle groups for Los Alamos. She also provides intensive outpatient counseling at Focus On Recovery.
