All videos are played using Windows Media Player. If the video doesn't start buffering, open the WMP, and go to Tools-->Options-->Network, then deselect RTSP/UDP and RTSP/DCP (or only UDP and DCP for old versions). Select HTTP. Apply the changes. Reload the page. Now everything should be working properly.
