Free class designed for adults who regularly interact with young people, ages 10-18. The online course will have participants complete a self-paced two-hour training, following by a four-hour remote learning session. During the remote learning session, facilitators Danielle Sutherland and Georgina Whittemore will introduce common mental health challenges, review typical adolescent development, and teach a 5-step action plan for how to help in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
