Lisa Zuhn - Executive Director
In November of 2016, Lisa brought her 20 years of business management and human resources expertise to JJAB, taking over in 2019 as the team’s fearless leader. Lisa is a native New Mexican who holds a BS from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Houston Baptist University. Lisa is continually innovating to fulfil JJAB’s vision of helping youth develop resiliency, create meaningful connections, and build capacities to thrive. Lisa has visited all 50 states, and her passion to help youth is rivaled only by her love for green chile!
Luke Eigelbach - Resource Assistant and One Circle Coordinator
Luke is the newest addition to the JJAB team, having started in December of 2020. Luke is a Kentucky native who packed up his two cats and moved to New Mexico in September of 2020. Luke has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and has been lucky to use his degree in both his work as an actor/writer, and in his roles in social work. Luke is passionate about creating a more equitable world through anti-racist and LGBTQ centered practices. A voracious reader, he is also passionate about buying books faster than he can read them.
Abbie Martin - Bookkeeping/Data Assistant
Since joining the JJAB team in September of 2019, Abbie has been putting her love of numbers and solving accounting puzzles to work as the organization’s Bookkeeper and Data Assistant. Abbie greatly enjoys getting to support the organization using the skills she gained while earning her MBA degree at New Mexico State University. Abbie is also a certified facilitator for One Circle. Abbie is a huge animal lover; she has two dogs, two horses, a rabbit, and a fish!
Danielle Sutherland - Program Facilitator
Danielle joined JJAB in 2017 and has several roles within the organization. She is a certified Facilitator for One Circle, a trainer for Youth Mental Health First Aid, and an organizer for the Restorative Justice Program. Danielle has a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree and finds purpose in helping others, within the community support youth. Two fun facts about Danielle: she enjoys woodworking and can wiggle her ears—generally she does not do both at the same time.
